March 2009 Mountain House Bank Owned Market Trends

To my valued customers, inventory is extremely tight this month.  If you need to buy within the next three months, I strongly advise you to make your highest and best offer.  Do not expect the banks to counter-offer, they will simply move on to the next higher offer.  Price per Sqft is creeping up again, from $119/sqft in Jan to $122/sqft in Feb.  I think this is due to heavy biddings on multiple offers situation.  Please contact me if you need more info.
